Had Luke come and Would never use again!Way over priced and rude worker who doesn't know what his doing with no respect for people's property.Spent the hole time telling us how dodgy his boss was. Very unprofessional.Response - I’ve noticed you have responded to my review but ironically I am unable to reply! We did hire Stawell cranes my husband spoke with Gary himself! It’s sad customers give feedback only to be told they have never had dealings, very sad to ignore feedback by using that as a response. I am not the only one who has been disappointed with the services from west cranes. I can assure we did hire your company and still have the invoice at hand. have no reason to state otherwise! Thanks.
