Don't bother to return emails or call you when they say they would. Blames their miscommunication on the client (eventhough theres clear evidence via email it was them). Treats client with disrespect. Go somewhere else where you'll be treated better (everyone offers the same product) so do your research, there's plenty of nice, kind & respectful companies that do the same thing.

I found Cafe Blinds easy to deal with. You talk directly with the guys who install the blinds, and their price was competitive. What I liked best is they came out when they said they would & quoted the job. I didn't get that with some of the other installers we contacted. Well done and good job, thanks Dave.
