Shower head kept dripping. Needed fixing.Light globe above sink needed replacing.Shelf in shower on an angle so things slid off.Bar on fridge door broken so you couldn't keep drink bottles there. They replaced the fridgeFairly average rooms but does have stove top and microwave.Staff are lovely and accommodating

Great place to stay, very comfortable apartment, aircon amazing, beds comfy, very clean, and staff very friendly. Will be definitely coming back here with my family.

I don’t recommend! Place was too overpriced for what came in it. Renovated yes but, the double bed was comfortable and the single was like sleeping on a rock.. literally. Dirty dishes in cupboard. Sink was stained yellow, the shower heat kept falling and the door wouldn’t close properly so water went everywhere. Deep bleach smell throughout the whole room. Rooms are soo echoey you can literally hear the room next door snoring!

Nice clean rooms, great value for money! My only gripe was one of the hinges on our glass shower door was broken which was a major safety concern especially when travelling with a young child. I advised the cleaner so I am positive it will be resolved. We used the automated check in service for after hours and it was easy to use.

The room was good.No lighting outside in car park. A very dark area. You'll need a torch to get to your room. The shower created a pool of water in the bathroom. The shower screen doesn't keep the water inside.Otherwise it was fine to have an overnighter.The receptionist was nice.

We stayed with our dog in a pet friendly room. Room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Dog run out the back was handy. Staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating. Good location for zoo and other Dubbo attractions. We will be back!

At a glance the room looked clean but then found dirty bins and unclean cups with half- drunk drinks left on counter. Makes you wonder if the sheets had been changed. Wouldn’t book there again

This place only gets 1 star because the rooms are nice. The owner on the other hand is extremely rude. She yelled at me when we arrived at 5pm and I called because I could not check in, told me I would have to wait 2hrs. Another guest that was male came along and he could not check in either so she told him she would be there in 20mins it was more like an hour because she had to have her dinner at 5pm. Other guests actually found my room key for me. She also screamed at me saying I hadn't paid yet when I had. Do not recommend not worth the stress when there are plenty of other hotels in Dubbo

Wonderful amenities for a great price! The motel has obviously been recently renovated and the double bed room we booked had a fully stocked kitchenette with a stove- we’d just need to do the grocery shop. A first in a motel for me! The room was clean upon arrival and the pool looked clean and well looked after (it was too cold for us to swim). I would definitely recommend to friends and family, and would consider the motel for future trips to Dubbo

I booked the room via phone call in October 2022 after researching online and confirming that the cost of the room would be $62/night. However, when checking in, I was told that the cost was $186/night. This blew the holiday budget way out. When speaking with the receptionist in person she told me that I was wrong. The room was not worth that price and I wasn’t informed at booking that the cost could increase, or else I would have paid up front. The floor of the room was sticky the first 2 days and the pool was out of order 2/3 days. The after hours machine didn’t work either.
