Went to the store to purchase a chandelier and never have I seen such appalling customer service. When I asked if they could bring down a chandelier I liked so I could have a closer look before I buy it, I was told I could use their ladder to climb up and have a look (WH&S?!). Then when I said no, they gave a lot of attitude and started speaking in another language. Luckily we did because there was a torn wire that I wouldn’t have seen otherwise. I then realized I liked another one and asked for it to be brought down, the lady kept pressuring me to pay before they bring it down and when I refused, again attitude and spoke in another language. The last straw was when the younger lady asked why I asked to bring down the first chandelier if I didn’t want it and that I should have known I didn’t want it. Would not recommend ever buying from here because of the wretched attitude of the people there, continuous pressure to buy the items and the poor quality.

Great mistake to buy from them. Didn't suit the chandelier (cost me around 800 aud) but unfortunately they don't have any refund or change policy even though the chandelier still in box with their packaging. Just they can say sorry" and advice to sell in market place or ebay. Horrible experience."

Went to lighting town 2 weeks ago, really liked the place and the customer services is very good! I was looking for some rustic looking lights for my kitchen, and The girl who helped me gave me lots of advices, she was very patient! And we found this beautiful looking pendant, I love it!!!! Thank you for such a wonderful service!!!!!
