Wonderful service. I done a click and collect when visiting Ballarat and right from the phone call to let me know the order was ready was superb service. And when I went into the store it was absolutely fantastic service

Lighting choices at home a fizzer? Dont bayonet the choices here they're slightly transparent!, Only a fan or two standing by the window spinning at the range inside! Don't blow a bulb looking for more choice! Is so opaque even Edison would shop here !, Knowledgeable staff willing to un plug the details.

Good quality products and good prices. Service not as good here as some beacon stores. Product range rarely changes so lack of new styles coming in.

A very nice trainee served me. It would've preferred if there had been an experienced supervisor to support her. It cost me $85 for 6 single pack small globes. I was informed that was with a discount of $5 off the usual $90 total price.There were bulk packs available for some globes, which looked as though they contained 4 to 6 globes. The trainee go to those first but there were none of the type I was wanting.I go to this store to get advice about the most suitable globe/s or other products Im looking for, so was disappointed to find a trainee who although was very customer focused, was not quite ready to be serving without someone in earshot to provide some support.

Lots of lights and other stuff on display and working so you can see any special effect. All good. Jim

Chose an item, with price tag, took it to the counter to buy and was told it wasn't in stock.. even though it was in my hand. No packaging needed and was listed in stock online.

I just wanted an incandescent light bulb, I could see one behind the counter. I was told we don’t have any. These are ordinary light bulbs and I thought I was in a light shop, I won’t bother your staff again with such silly questions. And don’t leave trollies to trip over in the aisle in front of the counter.
