For anyone considering using this organisation, please reconsider. The whole course was taken down completely for nearly a year so no study could be done. When it was put back up, the course material was poor, with the assessment tasks not relating to the learning materials. I did not receive responses when I emailed asking for help or clarifications. This happened many times. When i requested a refund, as i could not continue studying if they did not respond to my emails with questions, i was given the runaround. Weeks and weeks waiting for my calls to be returned. When I finally spoke to Kerry, I was told it would be put before the board at their board meeting, but she couldn’t tell me when the next board meeting was. Most organisations have their board meetings planned well in advance. I have spoken with quite a few people who have had to request refunds for their course. I finally received a refund when my legal representative got involved along with an email from NBIA stating that they had not kept up with their responsibilities. Please do not be fooled by the recent good reviews that have been put up. They were all put up within a short timeframe, with very similar wording. This company is a scam.

My wife is currently studying with Nbi. I would request you don't consider this institution. No support at all. There trainer's don't answer the or emails for months.Person who checks assignments doesn't check for months. Once she checked if you redue the that goes for months waiting again.Overall is very frustrating. Please do your self a favor look for something better then this.

I have started my conveyancing course with NBIA.I found course is well organized , easy to understand, Found Amazing trainer -Kerry She is so knowledgeable and responsible. She was on holidays with her family still she was helping me, replying my emails on same day. Explaining the matters very patiently. To sum up—Five stars from my side to NBIA and Kerryl….Excellent job!Mala Kansal

I completed my qualification with NBIA sometime ago, through much research, reading and time spent studying. I was so grateful for the experience. I have since come on board to assist other students as a trainer/assessor. My role now can assist others as I understand the challenges that come with completing such an involved and rewarding qualification, that prepares students for the real-world industry of Conveyancing.

Do NOT join NBIA, 10 reasons why?1. No supportYes, there is absolutely no support. There is no one to answer a call. No one to reply email. You need to wait for weeks to get a reply, if you get one. The phone call goes to an accounting firm. No any further than that. The receptionist told me that they have hired someone in Philippines and I need to wait for them to call me back. No one knows when the call going to be received. I needed to take a day off from work and waited for their call but they didn’t call me.2. You don’t know what you’re studying:There is not defined number of assignments. No one knows how much more to go. I joined 1 year ago, they changed units after giving me 5 units. Now I had to do all. Its been 1 year already and many units are still empty. I requested them many times but still nothing in there.3. Too much unnecessary content and assignment:There are 15 units, its ok. But the content is too much, unrelated to conveyancing. The assessments are unnecessarily lengthy and scenarios are everywhere without no commenting guidance.4. 100% requirements:They require you to answer 100% correct. Even 99% correct means you fail. There is no passing grade. Never seen anywhere.5. No tutor’s guidance:There is no tutor guidance is available. The comment you get “Read the workbook” “Research more” That’s it.6. Portal is poor:Answers disappear from portal. Sometimes comes out blank. I lost my answers. I remembered one and kept some screenshot. They pass me the unit after I submitted the evidence of screenshots.7. Management response is zero:I raised the concern about the issue related to the course. The team promised me to get back to me after discussing with the management. It’s been few days already but no one got back to me .8. Feedback takes long time.When you submit an assignment and you need to wait for weeks to get feedback. You never go to finish this course. One guy called Francis told me that the assessor works Part time and there are so many students for them. The girl who used to work there, now goes to university. So, no one to answer the call. This info I got over the phone.9. 3 attempts for 100% without tutoring:No guidelines, No support, no appropriate comment on the portal, only get 3 attempts to be 100% accurate, otherwise you fail the unit. 1 answer wrong, the unit is failed.10. No sign of improvement:I don’t see any sign of improvement at the moment.So whoever planning to join, be careful. You may not read this info before you join but I will try to leave review to other places too if not improved.This feedback is based upon my current experience.If this improves, I will definitely change my review to better level.I hope my review will help NBIA team to get better. If not, then I guess the compliance is not met.

This comment is for my amazing trainer and assessor Kerryl.Wow where do I start. If it wasn't for Kerryl I would of thrown the towel in by now, Kerryl is always there to help me with any question I may have whether its silly or not, she never judge's she is professional and dedicated and always there to lend a helping hand, I have come this far in my advanced diploma all thanks to Kerryl. Thanks so much for everything Kerryl honestly you have stopped me from throwing in the towel so many times and I will finish this course successfully all thanks to you.Thanks LilyI wanted to jump on and add to my comment, not only has Kerryl been an amazing support, mentor, trainer and assessor, Kerry in management has been a huge support as well, she has always shown me respect and understanding through out the course. Another assessor Paul has also been fantastic, I was so lucky to have meet Paul in person at the AIC conference for conveyancers, it was an honor Paul I learnt so much from you on the first day I was excited to get back to my course to finish it, I'm almost there thanks to the overwhelming support and assistance that I have received from the above mentioned people honestly Kerryl, Paul and Kerry without you guys I would not have come this far so thank you a million for all your hard work and dedication.

I dealt with Amna, she was a pleasure to work with. She called me during my work hours and I said I couldn't talk and she called me at 7:30pm that night to help me enrol. She went step by step and answered every question I had and without hesitation, I would refer Amna to anyone who needs help enrolling in NBI. A week later Amna called to see how it was going and I explained to her that I am yet to receive my enrolment details and she said she will see what was happening and get back to me.

I am currently enrolled in a course at NBIA, and I must say that my experience has been exceptional. The course content is comprehensive and well-structured, which has significantly contributed to my learning and understanding.I would like to give a special mention to my instructor, Kerryl McCann, who has provided invaluable guidance, support, and encouragement throughout my learning journey. Her dedication to helping students succeed is truly commendable, and she has made a positive impact on my overall experience at NBIA.I highly recommend NBIA to anyone seeking quality education and a supportive learning environment.

I needed guidance to complete my first assessment of advance diploma of Coveyancing. Kerryl organised a zoom session, it was really useful, she showed me how to respond to questions. Kerryl is very knowledgeable and approachable. Thanks Kerryl for all your support.
