BUYER BEWARE: No information provided at the time of purchase on product refund and repair policies. Purchased a 6kg Electrolux dryer for $450 and asked for a discount. Got a blank refusal. Within six months it broke down twice. Repair technicians provided dodgy service to save money. The retail outlet and electrolux would not provide an exchange or refund. The irony is, we purchsed a used Simpson for $175 and after 12 years its still going. Very shifty.

Can be a bit hit and miss with scratch and dent sales but these Guys are very approachable and genuinely want happy customers so will do a deal or exchange if your not happy about something.I've bought quite a few products from them now and every one has been well under even the super specials pricing of the normal retailers, and as new apart from a dent or scratch or damaged box.

They need to fix their quoting tool. Desperately needed a truck for brisbane to melbourne as we had last minute issues with our removalists. Booked online with a definite booking confirmation email for a moving truck from brisbane to melbourne with a suspicious time of 8pm. We got to the warehouse and no one was there, called the number on the door with no answer. We then tried the 1800 # and a guy from vic answered saying regardless of what the email says, its not a confirmation email because it doesnt start with a 6... not sure how a customer is supposed to know that...On our way home, we got a call from the brisbane location and were told they have no trucks for us. He then pointed out the price is way too low for an interstate truck hire, and it wasnt feasible to hire at a price like that.Throughout the whole situation there were no apologies about the fact that we pointlessly turned up to the site at 8pm on a sunday night, that we wouldnt be getting a truck to get our stuff to our destination, or that we were given false information by their online quoting tool, but it definitely felt like we were inconveniencing them at 8pm on a sunday night.

Photo indicated brand new, product very old and well used, not worth the money. Please ask before you buy. The return went smoothly, using “trans direct”, but it may cost you both ways.Again PLEASE make sure you know what you are getting.Got refund for product, but out of pocket for transport both ways.
