One of the worst behaviour of the customer service girl who serves at the counter. I seen several times that girl very proud behaviour with other customers but this time is my turn get experience her behaviour, I went Saturday evening to order some food but the way she behaves like she owns the restaurant and customer are like serpents. No smile , no respect, no proper behaviour from that girl. We can easily see in her face prudishness. But the food is good. If you prefer good food with bad behaviour from that one particular girl most recommended.Will find out the girl name and edit this post again.Thank you.

Service is something which needs to be streamlined/improved for catering/take aways. I asked for veg but got mutton biryani. During catering, I ordered ginger and garlic fish" but got "Apollo fish". I was very disappointed !!!! how come so many mistake in one order !!"

If you're a fan of tandoori chicken, then Swagath Biryani House is definitely worth checking out. I've been here several times and have only ever ordered the chicken tandoori, which is always perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I've also tried the chicken biryani, as well as the tangdi kababs and lollipop, and while they weren't my favorite dishes, they were still decent enough. I do think that the tangdi kababs and lollipop could use a bit of improvement in terms of seasoning and tenderness. The restaurant itself is small but comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Ordered chicken briyani and it doesn't taste like briyani. It was a layer of rice over the chicken. Have never had a briyani like this. Also ordered egg fried rice which was too spicy and doesn't taste good at all. I could rate them in minus score if I have an option. On the whole, a very bad experience and waste of $42

Had WORST biryani today. Giving 1 star also waste. We took paneer biryani, it's stretching like rubber, making food with old stock products. Added first time salt in the biryani because it's does not have any taste. Even mutton biryani, completely filled with oil. Never tempt to buy biryani from them because they speak our language.

Ordered a bucket of Biryani. The food was good but the bucket was full of rice only. The chicken was nowhere seen in the bucket. When speaking to them, no responsible person wanted to talk and the girls were asking if images were taken.This is a dishonest business practice. I am never going to that place again but if someone decides to buy a food bucket they must open it then and there to inspect it. The embarrassment you get in front of your guests is a bonus. Shame on you guys.
