Such a friendly place. I was after terracotta pots for flowers and there was so much variety in particular the rustic hand made pots. Loved the service, like supporting local. My garden and flowers looks so good!

We went to Bennetts to get large pots, selection good of imported pots but also beautiful handmade pots and ceramic bird baths, service excellent andm patient thank you Mario, also asked for delivery and John Bennett made himself available to deliver later in the afternoon after finishing work. Great place to buy your pots for your plants. Much cheaper than buying from nurseries. If your wanting to save some money, they have reject pots you can buy as well, some might have a chip or crack in them, but still work well and look ok too!

Situated at 28 Briant Rd, (on the corner with Chapel St) Magill. This is a long established hand made pottery business since 1887. A sneak preview inside the factory shows 3 people hand crafting pots, bird baths, urns + much more. The kiln is gas fired where the height of the flame is adjusted before the oven doors r closed. A facinating factory to visit + buy their goods.

My experience taking pottery pieces here for firing has been really disappointing and frustrating. It has been really slow, with no communication. Also note they only fire to low earthenware temperatures. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this place.
