Beaumont Tiles Sumner Park

Nick and Maria helped us plan a commercial shop fit from top to bottom and the end result was fantastic. We simply wouldn't have had the design knowledge to make the selections that they guided us towards, and we are so thankful to have come across them. We had never thought to use tiles in the way that they suggested, and we had no idea the impact such a feature could have. Our Bar looks like a million bucks, and it's definitely thanks to the help of the Beaumont Sumner team.

Appalling customer service, for the second time! I was the only person in the store for 25 minutes today but the man behind the counter was too busy to help me. I asked for help twice and he requested the product codes (I only had the names, but assume he could look up codes if he wanted to), then he told me to give him a few minutes". Twenty five minutes later I said I'd come back when he wasn't so "busy". He replied to just call and tell him the codes of the products I was interested in seeing

Dont waste time with this shop. Head across the road to global Cermics nice guy really helpful.Appalling Service, the guy cut me off mid sentence to tell me I need to make an appointment to discuss tiles. I then ask if he could show me the tiles I had already found online and he found the section and told me he was busy again. There was only one other couple there.

Have been to this shop 4 times, staff are not friendly or helpful. We live 5 minutes from the Sumner park display store. Last time for this store, will drive to Underwood to get professional service.

We walked into this showroom today, which looked a little dated on the outside but lovely, clean and well presented inside. We were greeted by a gentlemen outside the store which was nice. Once we got inside we were asked if we needed anything and we said we did. We knew exactly what we wanted and had all our codes, measurements and fittings worked out as we previously had a quote - admittedly from the Ipswich store - but as they were not open and we needed to finalize today we went to Sumner. Unfortunately this is where our service stopped. As in we received no further service. Sorry Beaumont but National Tiles go my whole house reno order today. Disappointing.NB> Beaumont at Ipswich service is much better - but needed it sorted today.

Dealt with the one person throughout the whole experience. Ordered online, all went well, was delivered to the store the day I wanted. Called to confirm it would be ready for pick up by the tilers. The person who answered told me he'd call back because he had a customer on the floor. Never did. Without being able to confirm, had to push back the trades. Get it sorted on Tuesday after finally getting to talk to this same person, but he didn't have the tile trim that I wanted in stock. Whatever. Got him to check the Gabba, said they had six and assured me they'll have them. They did not. He'd looked up the wrong brand/size. Tell me you don't want to do your job without telling me you don't want to do your job?

The staff was there but too busy to offer any help and when was asked he gave very little information.So many displayed tiles are discontinued or out of stock..

Absolutely appalling service, order 4 boxes of tiles and was told they would take 3 days, 4 weeks later and 4 phone calls each week, was told each time I would be called back and never was, called and canceled my order as I could not wait any longer and went through the ipswich store who took 3 days to get my tiles, explain that? When I did cancel my order, they just hung up on me. Would never go through this franchise, would 100% recommend ipswich.
