Really bad experience. They made me come back as was too busy when first came in. Then when I arrived again I was made to sit in a chair for half an hour before someone even asked me what colour I want. The girl next to me had to do her own nails as there were not enough staff. Eventually I left before even getting my nails done, it looked like it would have been a terrible experience.

I went there for gel nail polish and manicure, I like the uniform distribution of gel on my nails, but I didn’t like the behavior of the staff. I also wanted to keep my nails a bit longer than what she cut.

This place is clean, the staff are quick and efficient and most importantly the manicures and pedicures they provide look good for 2.5 to three weeks… the shellac polish actually lasts and cuticles are properly attended to and don’t look shoddy despite pretty polish. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but they always get to you fairly quickly. Have tried other more ‘up market’ salons in the area and the service and finished product just isn’t as good. Five stars out of five to Venus Nails.

I've been here before for acrylics and they come out ok most the time. I was here for removal for acrylics they had applied and they ripped the acrylics off my nail which I dont think is very good for nail health and cut most my nails crooked. They also nicked a bit of my skin causing my finger to bleed. Save yourself $35 and either rip your nails off yourself or go to a place that will provide you with a proper removal and manicure service.

The worst nail salon I've ever been to. The ladies are so rude and they treat you like dogs in there, Had to wait over half an hour to get my nails taken off with no explanation whatsoever. The salon wasn't even busy and there were people walking around that could have easily done a take off, when asked how long much longer I had to wait the lady was very rude and said another 30 mins, I explained that I didn't want to wait any longer and she aggressivley said it was my fault I didn't say anything. Its not that hard to give good customer service and treat people with respect, this place doesn't even deserve one star.

I must say the service here improves. First time I tried this nail salon couple of years ago. And today I have tried them again and I love the service. Everyone is very polite and accomodating the staff even helped me to choose the color for my manicure as I want SNS clear color (as I cant have dark nail polish at work) the guy staff suggested that I can have a natural pink same thing they use for French nails base for SNS. And I definitely love the result. My pedicure the lady staff done it i love how detailed they cleaned my nails. Definitely coming back !!

Venus nails don’t have at all Good customer service at all.The staff is so rude they don’t care if they make horrendous mistakes and the staff literally ignore you. Venus nails is so pricy and a waste of you time!

This place was a waste of my money and time. We booked and got there before many others but we were still served after them causing us to wait for 40 minutes. They rushed my friend and I pedicure. My friend had cuts on her feet so we told them if they could avoid the area but instead she put a hot towel all over them and then continue to rub it into all of her cuts, the nail polish was poorly done and by the time weWere paying them, my nails were smudged and all ready all over the place. The staff was quite rude as well. I do not recommend you to go to this salon
