Never get back to you, warranty isn’t worth paper it’s written on and products are lowest Chinese quality being sold in Australia. We will never use Nero again.

Called and asked if the ranges on display and if they had a brochure, wife went and not great customer service, not a full range to choose from, told had to go to local reseller, got a brochure though. Not impressed with customer service, how do you spend $1500- $2,000 on tapware sithouth looking first

Suggested by supplier to visit showroom and sales person couldn't be bothered getting off his chair when asking questions about a product in the corner of the room. had to ask him to come to the display. Then when didn't have a shower on display said you can come back when you book an appointment, no one else in the showroom. had the nerve to say it isn't that far when I said we had travelled specifically from a different suburb. Subsequently going with a different brand

Their quality and after sale are excellent. Recently i have an aerator of a kitchen mixer bought from them broken after 5 years of regularly hot and cold water use. It's already out of the warranty. They still manage to mail me an good aerator for replacement. Thank you very much for Ruby and Alex. It's really a good bonus for a company has good staff like them.
