Use this place for IKEA pick up point. Staff was helpful and efficient. Very little waiting time. Great service.

Very poor service! No care.We had tiles freighted from Melbourne to Tasmania and these were damaged during the loading process when collecting in Tasmania when the forklift driver attempted to push one 1300kg pallet with another smaller pallet. This resulted in the smaller pallet and its contents being smashed to pieces.TasFreight did eventually pay to replace the damaged tiles, however they wanted to charge us again to freight to Tasmania after we had already paid once. The upshot was I used another carrier I could trust to deliver the replacements.I would give 0 stars if it would let me.

Very friendly service and excellent communication. Slightly tricky to know where to park when collecting a large delivery but they soon helped me out.
