The socks are great but the battery that I got in the kit, one lasts almost 6 hours and the other battery lasts almost 2 hours.My remote for the socks is totally useless.I gave 4 stars for the socks, not the electronics.

Unresponsive. I have an issue with a purchased product, but I received no invoice or confirmation of purchase. Nobody has responded to my requests for support. Doesn't seem very professional at all

Hi Guys, just wanted to rech out and thank you for your time. The guys in store are great, always have time for you. never rushed and great products.I already purchased the heated gloves from them and now I've just added the heated liner. Both amazing and makes riding on those colder days comfortable. Ive ridden on 0 degrees celsius and I was not cold.Feeling the chill when riding

Amazing customer service, had an issue with a product I purchased and had it resolved quickly without any issues. Love the Venture Heat line, especially the jacket which I’m using almost daily to commute to work at the moment.
