Don’t go there if you’re passing through. Went there to get a wheel alignment which we payed 200$ for. Fast forward 5.000km later our tyres are bald! Went to Bridgestone Select in Kewdale so they could look into it. They reached out to Karratha just to tell us they had no record of us ever being there. Kewdale gave us 50% off of new tyres and a free wheel alignment. The alignment was off by 7mm on one tyre which even Kewdale had to admit doesn’t just happen on 5k on the Highway.I’m not saying they didn’t do what we payed for in Karratha but I sure as hell know what it looks like to me.Super thankful to Kewdale for what they did for us but it wouldn’t have been necessary if Karratha would have been trustworthy in the first place.
