went in to get my car repaired due to another driver who hit my car. Date and time allocated was spot on no much arounds. On arrival to pick up car I was 20mins late they stayed back to wait for me. On my observation they did an AMAZING JOB went ABOVE AND BEYOND with customer service. They took the initiative to clean inside and outside which was a bonus. I pray that god will bless you all and the business 10 fold THANK YOU BOYS FOR A OUTSTANDING JOB.

Bowens Smash Repair Centre
I was referred to Bowen Smash Repair by the NRMA. Having a European car, I was wary as I've had bad experiences with NRMA Smash Repairers before. I needn't have worried - the team at Bowen were fantastic. I only needed minor work done (driver side mirror) but they made the process really easy. Abdul the repairer got me back on the road with a minor fix while waiting for the part to come in, then arranged a time convenient for me to do the proper repair, which was done quickly and well.
