I came to Refresh with scars, acne, redness and very low self esteem. Since my first visit I have not once looked back! I am so grateful for Jac and Amity’s knowledge, kindness and most of all REALNESS! My skin has improved ten fold in my 2 years at Refresh, but more importantly my self confidence and happiness within my own skin has sky rocketed. I LOVE going to Refresh every month. To me and I’m sure many other clients, Refresh is an amazing place to just be. I can’t thank Jac enough for all of her hard work and long hours helping so many with more than just skin. If I could rate Refresh 100/10 I would!

I would not recommend this clinic or their skincare products. I was treated here for 2 years, they offer the same services as most clinics but you’ll find less opinionated and rude service elsewhere. I supported and loved to travel from the Sunshine Coast to Burleigh for my skincare & services. Yet I still had a service left over from covid and they never refunded my month. They sold me their new microderm wand for over $300 saying it’s the next best thing but really Jac went on to say AFTER I bought it that she didn’t believe in them & they’re all just a load of S^*#. I did videos to show my followers and friends about their products only to be asked for the videos and then accused that I was using them because I told them they’d have to approve a paid promotion tag. They *gifted* me a needling session but clearly wanted my video in return. I paid for all of my services and they still use my review on their skincare site without my permission. They say they care but in fact sent me messages of abuse & manipulation trying to intimidate me and critique me to make me feel like I have no right to simply make a nice video of my own beauty routine . They’re obviously not what they pretend to be all smiles and fake they’re there to help you until you stand up for yourself and have them abuse you instead because I didn’t want to give them a video when they KNOW I am a paid creative, pretending they didn’t know at all.People deserve to know that it’s not all as it seems

The best skin treatment I’ve ever had. No fuss, not hundreds of expensive lotions and potions and no upselling of products after each treatment. Amazing membership packages that offer excellent value for money and ensure your skin is kept in excellent condition. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

You don't just get a service from these ladies you get an experience. There is always positive energy in the salon. Jaqs knows her business and gives you A1 treatment at affordable prices. Amitys food and drinks are delicious and both the girls are amazing souls. Highly recommend Refresh Salons.

I love my monthly sessions with Jac and Amity! I enter with dull and tired skin and leave with a refreshed and glowing complexion. I went into refresh to sort out some scarring on my face. I am extremely picky with who I let touch my skin as I have a darker skin complexion. My experience has been amazing not only is my scarring basically gone I have the most amazing glowing skin. For someone who never got complimented on my skin to always getting compliments. I would recommend refresh to everyone.
