Coffee was bitter, I had a iced hazelnut latte, couldn’t finish it, yuck. My friends chocolate milk shake was weirdly watery, and not really cold. Food was ok. It’s the only cafe in the supercentre but I think I’ll save my money next time and just eat at IKEA.

My husbands toasty was okay, however I had to wait for considerable time for my chicken burger which was so dry and hard, the chips were lukewarm and old, just horrible real waste of money, Hungry Jacks makes better burgers! The front staff were nice and the waiters were very friendly but I noticed the kitchen staff disorganised yes it was busy but no need to put food out like that, we noticed too that several people were sending food back or just leaving it we paid over $40 and it was a total waste, never again.

I don't know how someone can stuff up heating up wedges but they managed. I waited more than 25 minutes for a plate of largely inedible wedges. They couldn't even manage a flat white with just a drop of oat milk.

I usually love coffee club but on this occasion not so much. Ordered avo toast with bacon. The avo was spread soo thin it might has well have been toast. Ordered sparkling water which wasn't available but still ended up paying for it. Service was poor, the drinks came out after we had already finished eating.

Pretty blonde girl and Macaylah made me a beautiful much needed coffee and really made my day with their wonderful service. Best coffee club I have ever been to.

Dropped in to have lunch at the coffee club at the mega Centre. Ordered a Turkish bread sandwich and chips. When the meal time the chips were stone cold, the sandwich was much better. spoke to a staff member and ask them. Could they replace the chips for us. while waiting for the chips, I observed in the kitchen, a male staff member standing in front of a mirror, squeezing pimples on his face in front of everybody. then, without washing his hands, went back into the kitchen area and returned to whatever he was doing. I was absolutely disgusting, but I saw what he was doing. Where is the hygiene standards in the workplace there is none. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this coffee club.

Rude staff refused to let us sit inside on a cold day because they wanted to mop the tiny bit of tile there actually is at 3.30. Meanwhile they happily allowed a workers girlfriend to stay and people were walking in and out anyway for take away coffee. I asked her please it’s so cold and she insisted NO and kicked us out. They close at 4 to be clear. That should mean allowing people to enjoy their beverage inside til 4. I even called first and was told very clearly they are open until 4.We’ve been before without an issue. Won’t be back. Coffee Club is overpriced for what you get anyway. This just happened today on June 21st FYI if management could please address this. Very poor service.

The coffee is has consistently come out burned or room temperature, and the food has come out cold. Service is fine. It's a nice store but does leave a little to be desired

The staff were rude and not polite at all.We were told not to sit inside no explanation.The lady who served our coffee didn’t even look at us when she delivered our coffee.
