Ashfield Professional Dry Cleaners

This is the worst laundry I have ever experienced. The staff’s attitude was extremely rude and my items were not cleaned at all, furthermore there’re some unbelievable new yellow and black spots on the shoes. This shoes was a new pair and only has been putted on for few times. But the staff insisted this already existed before I sent them here. The worse thing was, he yelled at me unexpectedly!! I was shocked and could not believe what happened right before my eyes. I just asked my right politely, shouldn’t be responded with such a kind of rudeness!

I am a regular customer here and I always trust these guys with my dry cleaning and alterations. I even brought my wedding dress here and it came out perfect! Quality service, definitely recommend them!

Went to have my shirts cleaned and pressed and was a bit taken aback when the lady took my shirts and simply dumped them on the ground as she wrote my receipt. The shirts came back a couple days later with some wrinkles and a stain on the cuff of my new white shirt. Waste of money.

Met by a lovely woman at the counter. My favourite coat which was marked and had mould on it came back as new, I’ve never seen it so clean before after a dry cleaners. Very good service :) my new go to.

Very bad experience.We were looking for dry cleaning services in Ashfield area and we decided to check on Ashfield Professional Dry Cleaners because it has good reviews and their location is very convenient (near train station). We went there on a Monday, gave our items for dry cleaning and made the payment. We were given an invoice with the itemised list with the prices and total amount paid. Then we went back on a Wednesday to claim our items and provided them with the invoice they had given last time as claim stub. And then this is the very unfortunate part, the lady denied us to claim our items because there is no “PAID” label in the invoice, she insisted that “no PAID, no PAY”. We were so shocked because we are 100% sure we have made the payment, we can even clearly remember the exact split of bills and coins we used for payment because we usually do contactless payment so when we found out that they accept CASH only we had to share the bills and coins to come up with the total amount. The lady said we have a bad memory and even accused as for being rude because she thought that we are implying that she is lying but she’s actually is the one accusing us for lying. We asked for a CCTV review, unfortunately they don’t have CCTV, we also asked if they have a log book so we all can confirm if the payment came or not, again, unfortunately she cannot give. She also told us that it was our responsibility that we have to check that the invoice has “PAID” label on it once we have made the payment. How could it be our responsibility when we don’t know their process, there is no instructions posted in the store about this, and it’s our first time in their shop. In the end we had to concede and make a double payment, very unfortunate. She then gave our items, took the invoice and placed it in the stack of invoices, then we had to call her attention because she didn’t even put “PAID” in the invoice after we made the double payment and we want a copy of it. She then write “PAID” on it and gave a copy to us.So for everyone, please beware and make sure that once you’ve made the payment, there’s a “PAID” label in the invoice to officially confirm the payment.

I've been using this business for all my clothes, dry-cleaned and general washing. They take pride in my clothes being professional handled and care.Definitely recommended.

I wanted 27 anime patches to be sewn into my new denim jacket and I was blown away by the care and dedication that was shown sewing in my patches! They all looked perfect, stitching according to colour of the patch and not a stitch out of place. Professional and efficient! Highly recommend!

Best dry cleaner in Ashfield. Cheap, quick and friendly service. I get my weekly shirts washed and ironed here. My girlfriend gets all her repairs done including some detailed alterations. Highly recommended!
