Earth To Self Studio
It has been inspiring watching Lauren bring the Earth to Self studio to life and bringing likeminded practitioners together so they can connect and work from a common space. There isn't anything like it on the Central Coast!I have been apart of Lauren's workshops and yoga practices for a few years now, and have always treasured my time spent with her. She has such a way with people and makes everyone's experience customise to their needs and where they are at in their personal journey.I can't wait to see what is ahead for the Earth to Self studio, and excited to be apart of it. Lauren's classes and studio are not one to miss! I've been following Lauren's yoga practices for years and I'm so thrilled she has made the leap at creating her own studio. She holds the room like no other, and her practice will nurture your mind and body in ways you didn't realise!I have no doubt that her ability to make all feel welcomed will create a wonderful sense of community with endless value. I hope you're able to be a part of it, as you won't regret experiencing her wonderful aura and energy!

What a beautiful space and beautiful practitioner! As soon as you walk in, you feel welcomed and held. Lauren is so caring and calm. I’m new to the Coast so it’s nice to have a place to connect with likeminded people. I already cannot wait for the next workshop!
