Overall my experience was a 4/10. I had used them based on the reviews I read here but it wasn’t quite like it.Glen is professional which I appreciate but Alex didn’t carry out my instructions well and I had to fix that up. Also realized that they are much much dearer compared to another Pack Send. This really surprised me given that it’s the same franchise. The franchise company should really have some standards when it comes to pricing as this can cause confusion to customers.

Top class service! The Team at Pack and Send Greenslopes organised goods to be packed, tracked, insured and delivered to my team across Australia and New Zealand. All the goods arrived safely and in a timely manner to each team member! A great all round expereience. Definitely recommend and will use again!
