Stay away from this place if you have any valuable clothing . Took 5 designer silk tops there to be dry cleaned and had one damaged and the other came out a completely different colour and the original small stains were now worse and white in colour . The most incompetent horrible experience with a dry cleaner . Thanks for ruining a $200 top . Stay away from this place they will ruin your clothes and then tell u they can’t dl anything about it . I will also be taking this up with fair trading

MY PARTNERS EXPERIENCE!!!!Whatever you do, do not do your dry cleaning here! I dropped my dry cleaning (one shirt and one trouser) on a Saturday morning to be ready by Monday afternoon. I was explicit in communicating that it needed to be ready by this time and if I could not be achieved then I would need to take it somewhere else. I informed them that I was deploying on an operation on Wednesday evening overseas for 5 months and this was my only uniform of its kind.They said that it would be no problem. On Monday evening 2 hours after I was told it was ready I arrived at the dry cleaners to only find my pants. Not only was the shirt not there but it was lost and not at the shop. I left and said I would return the following day at the same time. They ensured me it would be there and if there was any problems they would call me. Surprise surprise, it was not there the following day when I arrived and I was given no phone call. They still hadn't located my shirt and they told me it was somewhere in North Sydney over 1 hour away. I told them this was urgent and I would pick it up at midday the following day. They again assured me it was going to be there. At 3pm the following day I arrived and it still was not at the shop. After questioning the attendant as to how this could have happened I received a rude and stubborn response that it was not there fault and there was nothing They could do. I finally convinced them to call the manager and organise for someone to immediately pick it up from north sydney and drive it back to the store. After 15 minutes the response I received was that they would drive it to the store after work in 45 minutes time. I said that was not good enough and it need to be delivered now. They told me that I would need to drive there myself if It didn't suit me. When I demanded it to be brought right away or to reimburse me for the cost of my shirt they refused. Because I was leaving I asked to deliver it to my residence 10 minutes drive from the shop so my partner could get it and drive it to the airport that I would already be at, They agreed. 30 minutes later whilst I was on my way to the airport I received a call saying the manager had instructed them not to bring it to me. I then called the manager and she informed me that she did not know of this entire situation and had not told them anything. I explained what had happened which she responded to nicely and apologised. She then organised it to get dropped off to my house. This took 45 minutes and by the time my partner caught an Uber to the airport (due to an injury she could not drive) I had already boarded and left without my uniform. Although the manager was helpful, it was to late. I was treated with disrespected, my time and fuel was wasted on 3 occasions and I left without the shirt.

Friendly staff yes but the manager that I have been trying to contact for weeks now never get back to me.I trying to contact her because 2 months ago something happen during the cleaning process and I left the shop with a massive stain on my pants so I through it away, let's say it could happen.Last week one of my shirt, expansive one, ended with a broken button and a hole in my right sleeve.So you should all check you clothes because they are really not careful with the clothes and do not expect them to even try to apologize.

Roma is so caring and takes a lot of care with my clothing. I’ve now discovered I can return the hangers and even the plastic bags, avoiding them ending up in landfill.They take care of my precious items, explain the process thoroughly and always get my dry cleaning done on time. Thanks Team!
