My Ford Everest's crank sensor failed today, loss of power, car turning itself off whilst driving, )multiple times).Took the car into Beaudesert Ford, (Scenic Rim) rather late on a Friday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem, didn't have the part and so removed it from a new vehicle in stock so I can get on my way.Cars have issues but the test is what the dealer does when you have a problem. Ford win hands down to date in my book, and in particular the team at Scenic Rim Ford.

I contacted a number of ford dealers in my attempt to purchase a new Ford Ranger but these guys were the only ones who got back to me in a timely manner and they gave great service. A massive thank you to Tyrone for the great service, help and speedy assistance in getting me into my lovely new car today. Can't recommend him highly enough, great communication from first point of selecting the right car for my needs Wed to the much welcomed call for pickup first thing this morning.
