Scotty's Motel

It is so noisy at this time of midnight. It is now12:30 am and there is this family with 4 children that are making a lot of noise next to me. They seem to be living in this motel. The room is of very poor furniture and not clean. Considering i paid 150 for one night which I’m glad is only one night it is very poor service.

This is an amazing place to stay. I have never felt more at home. I have worked in the hotel/motel industry for a long time. Our stay here was more than I could ever ask for. We stayed here for 3 months and the management and house keeping have gone above and beyond to provide myself and my children with the up most care and comfort. This motel is a God send. I am sad to be leaving. Thanks for everything and I hope to stay here again. You guys are the best :)

Travelled from interstate and the original hotel reception was shut and couldn’t check in and after 20 other calls I got into this place. Was clean, tidy and even had a bath in room. Got my 120$ worth and had a bed for the night. Won’t complain.

I have never dealt with someone so unbelievably rude in my whole entire life, refused to give me a day. They had a vacancy told me that I should go somewhere else, like a boardinghouse, asked if I could just book in a room when they were next free, she continued to refuse told me to ring back on the day, but also letting me know that if I don’t ring at the right time I might not get the room, but she won’t book the room for me, kept saying goodbye, every three seconds treated me so poorly told me that I was not allowed to be there for long-term stay. When all I asked was for a maximum of a couple days wireless she kept trying to hang up on me absolutely disgusting behaviour in an employee. I feel completely embarrassed for someone that is in desperate need that needs a room, I have had my fair share of rude customer service. In my 40 years. Never have I ever experienced such homeless discrimination as Wellers foul mouth and language. Management is horrible. Some guy called Christian expect toddlers to be quiet 12 o’clock in the afternoon and not make and noice and discriminate against guest for absolutely no reason. Tried to say I’m not aloud to be here just because he doesn’t like me even tho I’m just here to support my sister because she’s in emergency accommodation. DO NOT RECOMMEND ITS HORRIBLE!!!

Everything was clean, beds comfortable and handy location close to the city. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Christian and the team are fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. We'll miss them!Thank you for having us!
