After reading the great reviews, we were looking forward to our visit to Crft but during the visit we literally scratched our heads and wondered what the fuss was about.Wine just ok, stale bread on the dukkah plate, loud punk music playing (so unexpected) and one poor guy running around because another staff member didn’t turn up that day.EditThanks Candice for your reply.FYI re music. Believe me, I have an eclectic and broad taste also. But in such a setting when people are trying to chat, it is nice if the music (no matter what it is) is in the background. If the music was turned down, we didn’t noticed.Staffing issues are particularly hard to manage at any time for a small business. I guess you had a choice to offer a good service level to less customers or an average level to many. As you encourage bookings, I thought you could go some way to manage the staff shortage. Instead your manager was taking customers without bookings and trying to please everyone, which although admirable, isn’t always the most effective solution as he was clearly stressed and rushed.Thanks you for the refund on the dukkah platter. If your manager wasn’t so stressed on the day, I would have spoken to him directly.

Been to this winery a few times now and it just keeps getting better. The venue is very cute and staff were very welcoming. The wines are excellent, Chardonnay was my fav. Dukkah platter and olives went great with the experience too.

Great Adelaide Hills location for an afternoon glass of top quality wine. Always a pleasure!!

We drove by and stopped spontaniously. Lovely people, cute outdoor and indoor space and great wine to taste. Not to mention the local produce they serve with the cheese platter, really nice.

Wonderful experience at CRFT - beautiful indoor and outdoor atmosphere and service. Thoroughly enjoyed our tastings here and will definitely return on our next visit to Adelaide Hills.

A spontaneous stop for a wine flight + cheese board and what an AMAZING experience!! Jess was super friendly, knew her stuff, gave us an impressive run down on all the wines. The space is really cute, light and cosy! Definitely coming back!

Cute, little winery.We booked online for a tasting and had seats waiting for us when we arrived. The olives were a great accompaniment to the 5 wine tasting. We tried all reds which were all pretty good.Wines are organic, so prices may be a bit higher than other wines in the area.
