We tried talking with Alinta for over one and a half years every month to resolve an error on our bill with Gov discounts which were not passed on. They were very helpfull but the next bill the errors were not adjusted. So we tried again and again. We had enough after one and a half years and contacted Adjust.Well it did not take long till we received a call from the top person of Alinta and the errors were rectified and a sorry bonus also given to us.If we had not contacted Adjust, who knows how long it would have gone on.VERY happy with their help and fully recommend them.Lyn and Peter Brain

A pretty amazing service tbh...I filled out an initial online form where I provided some background to how I had been incorrectly charged by Telstra and then uploaded some screenshots - and then Ajust handled everything else without any further action required from my end. Received cash back in my account within the week. Much better than sitting on hold for hours and then being forced to deal with an offshore customer service centre!

Really happy most of all from point on through maintaining communication. My provider only sent me one email at the very end after a complaint to them and i couldnt get through multiple times on multiple days. Thank you for your help.

I was having issues with origin with taking monies out of my account on the wrong dates etc. I contacted Ajust, they were responsive and following up through the whole ordeal until it was sorted. Staying in contact with me either text or email. As origin were not communicating with me at all after 9 emails from me and 2 responses from them and i had to chase origin. Ajust could teach origin about communication to be honest.If you are having any issues I advise contact Ajust and they will support you and give you advice.Great customer service. Regarding the company Ajust I was very appreciative of their help with my problem with Telstra and the NBN. I struggled with the providers for 2 months to get the problems resolved. After contacting AJust every was fixed within 2 weeks
