Went into the Liverpool Shop this morning and the sales Lady was so incredibly lovely. She said hello as soon as I entered the store and was extremely helpful. She was even wearing the dress I was interested in buy and it definitely helped my decision on buying it!I had been into a different clothing store a few minutes prior where the sales ladies were too busy talking to each other to even acknowledge I was in there. I will definitely be going to this store first in future.

I had the worst experience at the Parramatta store, the company does not even deserve a quarter of a star. I went to return an item that was unworn, faulty with tags still attached as well as having my receipt and being within the 14 day period. I bought a skirt which had uneven sewing faults and a hole, The girls refused my return as well as starting to laugh. They took photos of the skirt then I then called the Fresh Soul warehouse and spoke to Rabbi the owner, he accused me of wearing the skirt just because it had a manufacturing faults in it. So now I am out of pocket $99.95 thanks to this company when I could have invested in another skirt in another company.

I was very disappointed after wanting to return a garment I bought when the store wouldn't give me a credit note. I had a jacket, still with the tag on and with the receipt and neither the store, or head office would help me as it was past the 14 day period.I live on the south coast so I am not in Sydney often, I had hoped for a little understanding but got none.I wouldn't recommend shopping here if you are hoping for good customer service. Take your business elsewhere ladies.

Love the Empress dress. I recently bought this dress for a wedding, extremely comfortable, great quality and fit perfectly. The ladies in the store were beyond helpful in assisting me and show genuine interest in ensuring you find the perfect dress for your occasion. I'll definitely be back!

My go-to for any occasion!No matter how many stores I walk in to when I'm at Burwood, I always end up at FRESH SOUL.The staff are always so helpful, especially when I'm shopping on my own and require a different size or style of clothing. Their clothes are so versatile, that I can take an outfit from day to night, with just a change of shoes. The quality of their clothes is great, and I know I'm always guaranteed to find something to wear for whatever the occasion.

I went in to Hurstville store yesterday The sale assistant there was super friendly, helpful and always goes the extra mile to make you very happy. The service was in-creditable. The staff at Hurstville and Miranda go above and beyond to keep you happy.Thank you again for a such pleasant buying experience and for the best service out there!

My girlfriend purchased a dress from fresh soul online and needed it exchanged and Susan the manager from Bankstown was so helpful in exchanging it for her and organised a transfer from another site. She was super helpful and called my gf when it was ready to be picked up. Customer service at the bankstown store was A+!!!

I bought the Navigate Dress at the burwood store. The ladies there were fantastic, and very helpful. Unfortunately within an hour of wearing it the buttons had fallen off not to mention it was fraded on the side of the dress. Merrylands store has forward the dress to head office for review and I have to pick up the dress with new sewed buttons. This is not the resolution I deserved and you will be receiving an email from me today. I expect a response from my email with a better outcome.
