Very poor customer service. Would not recommend, unless you're happy to wait around while she serves other customers who entered well after you. Fitzgerald road pharmacy is far superior.

Zero stars. Do not go.. I went to get passport photos there because of lockdown. The pharmacist made me wait for 1h to give me rubbish pics. She even had the audacity to argue that it wasn’t her fault. She charged me $8 to sign on the back of the photos leaving scratches and smudges. I’m unhappy and will never go there again.

Love this pharmacy. They're very friendly. They offer good advice. Mary and the other pharmacists very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Zero stars. I wouldn't go back if I was bleeding to death. The pharmacist should not be allowed to be around people, never mind own a pharmacy, a place people go to for help.

I use to go in as I liked they were able to offer homeopathic options, but I went in one day really needing to get what the dr had recommended for my son, the pharmacist then started lecturing me about adjusting my sons diet and I was going for the easy option and she has a child and adjusted their diet. It was upsetting and frustrating as I was exhausted and just needed the issue resolved ASAP so my son and so could get some rest. Another time I attended the pharmacist was handing out flyers about politics and speaking strongly about her political view. Very unprofessional and inappropriate, so I decided not to return.

Always had a good experience at this pharmacy. Service is prompt.

Omg HORRIBLE pharmacy. I wish I could give them zero stars one star is too generous. First time I went to the pharmacy they did not have my prescription in stock. The Vietnamese lady told me that she can order it and it will come the next day. Which I was fine with. She told me to leave my prescription with her so she could sort it out when the medication came in. So when I come back I would just have to pick it up. I gave them my number and told them to give me a call if they are unable to order in. The next day my partner went in for me because I was at work. They had told him that they have already spoken to me when I came in the previous day and told me that they had no stock left. And they tried to catch me before I left the store because I left my prescription on the counter.... So I believe that after I left she had forgotten all about it and made up a different story to tell my partner. The second time I was waiting for my prescription there was girl that had been waiting 30 minutes for her prescription. As myself and this other girl were waiting the Vietnamese lady and another caucasian lady behind the counter started trying to sell us other things. We repeatedly said no we just want what the doctor has prescribed. The Vietnamese lady kept trying to sell me lotions and would not stop. At this point I was getting very frustrated. I just said can you please stop I just want my prescription. Anyway I ended up getting my prescription first before the other girl that had been now waiting 45 minutes. I said this lady has been sitting here before me for a very long time but now I'm getting served before her can you check where her prescription is. So they asked for her name and found her prescription sitting on top of the counter and it hadn't been touched yet. They had forgotten all about her prescription because they were trying so hard to sell us other items. She had gotten really upset and told the pharmacist that this was just unacceptable and everytime she's come in the quality of service is always so poor. The pharmacists (both the Vietnamese and Caucasian lady) didn't even apologize or acknowledge what she had said and just ignored her. I only went there out of convenience because the doctors was right next door at the time. Never again have I been there. And never again will I ever go there.

I have been a customer here for many many years and wish to say that in this day of Americanization of pharmacy, this place offers wonderful customer service, attentive staff and reasonable prices. I have been helped with my ailments many times and thank management for their care and understanding. They have always been there for the needy in the community and their knowledge of pharmacy is fantastic. Highly recommended for that personal service that seems so lacking these days.

By far the best pharmacy I have been too. They took their time to get to hear my symptoms and explain what Vitamins I needed in order to feel better. The pharmacist was so helpful and genuinely wanted to help! Couldn’t give a better review. Also stock Metagenics which is A+!!

Went there today to buy my prescribed medicine.Sit there for 25 minutes.The pharmacist Ms pham was so busy renting her house over the phone as she was talking to real estate people when people were waiting in the queu for their prescriptions to be handed over to them.After 25 mins the guy came to me and said they dont have this medicine today but can order and get tomorrow.If they could have told me at the very first instance,i could have saved my orecious 25 minutes.Wont go there again.
