I went here looking for a product, and the lady was incredibly un helpful and rude. She did not listen to what i was recommended at my regular salon where they treat me wonderful. Would be helpful if they even cared to look for the product rather recommend i go elsewhere.

I've come here for a few things and had Emille take care of me and he has been amazing. Super helpful and friendly during services and explains everything he is doing (loved this because piercings can be daunting). Gave me all the info needed for aftercare and they've healed perfectly. Definitely coming back :)

Clearly the girls get paid by the hour here and want to get paid to do nothing.No one in the shop. (Ghost town)2x girls standing at the counter.Walked in with my daughter to have a quick under arm wax.Was told they couldn't fit her in until tomorrow.If I was the owner or the manager I would be fuming if I found my people rejecting quick jobs.

Absolutely amazing service! I've gone there year after year and never had a fault with piercings or waxing!

The service in this salon is to die for! Every single beauty therapist working made me feel welcome and the vibe of the workplace was very fun and chill. They also back this up with impressive work. They are some of the best beauty therapists I’ve ever been to and I think this will be my constant from now on ☺️

I came in to grab a blue nose ring late one day last week and the blonde lady who served me was just so kind and had absolutely great customer service. She helped me straight up and I was set to go!

I had a few issues here with getting my Septum pierced. Before coming here I had 2 different piercers check I had enough of a sweet spot for this piercing and was told it was fine and the person that pierced it here also said it would be fine. At first the staff were good and helpful considering I was really anxious which I know is hard to deal with. Unfortunately when they pierced my septum they hit my Cartilage which surprised me as I did ask if they were sure of placement 2-3 times because the clamps didn’t seem high up enough. They told me the clamps moved and thats why it didn’t go through. Which seemed strange as I don’t understand how the clamps could have moved and especially how it wasn’t noticed as there was a dot on my nose. So they just moved into a different spot and tried again and it didn’t go through again. after that they said they weren’t able to pierce it and I left with 2 bleeding holes in my septum. Later I got a couple of people to check where the holes were and was told it was pierced way too low. Really unfortunate as I have been wanting this piercing for a long time and it was hard enough to trust someone to do it with severe anxiety and it wasn’t even done properly.
