The worst chicken roll ever, never have I had one of these roll have a taste of herring or anchovies. It was the most expensive roll I ever paid for. The service was rushed and almost wasn't able to complete my order.

The cream cake I brought was nice. Unfortunately the little Asian lady behind the counter was a bit annoyed and impatient at me. Why was she nice to the old lady in front of me who had brought a loaf if bread and then annoyed at me. All I did wrong was get the name of the cake wrong. I pointed at the square cream filled cakes with nuts on top. The lable said Kitchener bun so I thought that was the name of the cake. But she slightly angry saids it's not called that. Well then what is it called then?. No need to get impatient and snooty over a mis understood name. I don't care what it is called I just want a cream cake. Please watch your attitude us customers don't want to see your anger.

Best bakery around. Beautiful vanilla slices, home made pies and pasties. Amazing Vietnamese rolls. Highly recommended

The place smells like a$se and the dog rolls taste like vomit. Bring back the previous owners. If you don't believe me go smell it for your self.

Hanks bakery do beautiful hot vegan Vietnamese rolls. We always have one when we come to this end of town! Thanks to the lovely, helpful bakery staff. (The chilli is very hot so we don't have the chilli sauce.)

Delicious and filling pies, desserts are sweet but not overly sugary so we thought they were perfect. Pie and two small cakes was only $10 so price was great. Staff were friendly as well.

Really nice pork bahn mee. The Vietnamese rolls are so good. Service excellent. Will keep coming back. The baker is fantastic. Thank you
