Good customer service.Very helpful.Not a store they tries to shut the doors even before closing hour like.other shops.Very clean store.Repairs are immaculate. Right recommened on that part.

I have been going to this store for years. Kate is a staff there and she is always helpful and have time to suggest things and to help. Store can get busy and may have to wait but it worth the wait with friendly customer service.

Decent selection of good quality jewellery for the prices you'd expect from a mall franchise. Service is second to none though - twice I've purchased jewellery recently and both times the sales ladies were lovely. The lady who served me today was absolutely wonderful - she listened to exactly what it was I wanted and was very helpful. Had time for a friendly chat too. Highly recommend this store.

Bad customer service some of the ladys are very rude and give additude and they did not call me when my ring was ready I have proof in my call log on and no voicemail on the day the apparently called and they where rude about it an it was the 4 th time I have been there to the bankstown store and they where rude on every occasion !!

OMG I still cant process what just happened with me.I was there at the store around 4:55 and i asked the staff are youse still open, the staff said yes and one of the worker served me .I wanted things that was displayed outside and the staff didnt get it ,so I went outside and showed her and she picked both the items for me and As I went to pay inside they closed the door on me saying “We closed”.Seriously , it was unbelievable what they did, I was shocked.I hope youse check the camera, fix the issue and provide better service for the customers next time and hope noone has to go through this again.What a joke ?!

This Bankstown store staff are not really nice.I bought ring in May and I gave them my ring to re seziing my engament ring and they said it will take 3 weeks and I was keep waiting but it’s been 2 months they haven’t call me yet and when I call them and ask them they don’t know yet and they don’t follow up the constemer preferences and I am still waiting for my engagement ring really disappointing

Great customer service, very helpful and great product knowledge also shoutout to the little old lady who I think may be the Manager (sorry didn't remember name) but she was a great laugh and had amazing salesmanship. Would highly recommend.
