An excellent experience with Vision Blinds and Shutters. From the moment I enquired about a quote with Katie to the final installation with Peter and communication with Zaia I was impressed. Their care for customer service is evident. Katie was prompt and organised, consistently keeping me in the loop about manufacturing process. Zaia revised our quote and price multiple times without issue. He also elaborated at length on questions I asked and I truly appreciated the time he took to do this. We also wanted some of the chains moved after the initial install and Peter had no problem with this and quickly changed our configuration. Their communication was consistently excellent and their price was the most competitive too across the five quotes I received. I am really happy with final result too as you can see in the photos. Would highly recommend!

Great communication and service. I received expert guidance from Zaia on the type of blind and the colour for my apartment. I could not be happier with my purchase. Zaia and his team have been absolutely fantastic to work with. We had shutters put on our very old sash windows that would of been absolute horrors to work with, nothing was square and just weren’t very pleasant to look at. I had a few people out to quote and Zaia was the only one that came with options and suggestions on the best way to make it work, everyone else just wanted to stick something generic in that would not of suited these windows at all. We had them installed today and I’m over the moon, they look amazing. Zaia and Katie’s communication through the whole process was over and above and I will happily recommend them to anyone looking for any of their services they provide!
