As a returning customer I was offered a 10% discount. Both Darren who spoke to me on the phone and booked me in and Ram the technician were brilliant. If you live in Perth WA ask for RAM he bent over backwards; was cheerful and friendly and knew his stuff : ) Thanks Geek Mobile - I'll be calling you again.

GeekMobile, excellent service. We highly recommend them.Our 8yr old iMac overheated, a bit of a meltdown to be truthful and gave up the ghost sadly. Luckily for us Ram came to our rescue, to late to save our computer; however he was able to recover our data and save to an external hard drive.If your iMac starts running hot, turn off and seek help; we would highly recommend the services of GeekMobile, on time, on budget, (very reasonable) and excellent customer service, thanks to Ram outstanding.Ed & Lesley

From the moment I called to explain my computer problem I felt all was in hand,2 hrs later Sutej Indupuru arrived as scheduled , actually a few minutes late but he rang ahead to say he was running a little bit behind, Feeling confident,Sutej identified the issue very quickly as not be an on the spot repair and requested to take hard drive away to the Lab for further assessment. Again feeling confident as Sautej was very professional. 90 minutes a ph call to say Power module failure and corrupted start up files was diagnosed.The price to repair was VERY reasonable and I had my desktop back soon after the call.The single point that impressed me the most was that like a great mechanic when i received my Hard drive back the faulty part was also returned to me , Albeit only to be thrown in the bin but I was the one to throw it in the bin and not left wondering was it replaced at all.10 out of 10 Highly recommend this service

Took the technician 1 1/2 hours to install a new Power supply and i got slapped with a $217.80 bill, so much for $99 and No hidden fee's" bull they give you..... but hey

Happy with Service, Tech was great help & nice bloke. Fixed problem & back to work in no time. He was very helpful, following up several time to ensure he did all he could. Great service!

Technician very helpful , but when I got my PC back is started the same issues about 2 weeks later. I have phoned the call center a number so many times but no ones seems to be in a position to resolve this issue. I have paid the bill in full and given up now on trying to get them to do the right thing.

I would like to thank Prasad for coming all the way to my place and making the effort to try and fix my laptop. Even prior to meeting me, he was in contact with me over the phone to try to understand the issue. He was professional and clear in explaining the possible causes for my problem, and offered solutions to my problems. Thank you for your assistance.
