We came in from out of town and had to get a tyre replaced. Ray served us at the desk and she was fantastic! She was in training but had exceptional customer service - she informed us of the exact process; she was up front and honest about the work that needed to be done and sought help for any information she didn’t know; and, she was extremely helpful and caring while we waited! Great price for a tyre repair and wheel alignment and would definitely recommend for any tyre work in Isa.

Despite being run off their feet and understaffed, they did a top notch job on getting new rubber on my vehicle. They also did it in reasonable time which was not expected as I knew they were very busy. No complaints from me and I'll be back constantly.Great work team.

Rear Tyre on camper trailer was leaking, stopped in at Beaurepairs Mount Isa unannounced on the 16th of August 2021. The crew repaired it immediately (about 30 minutes work), found a screw had penetrated all the way through which was why I couldn’t find the hole. Charged a very reasonable $35, refitted the wheel and sent us on our way. Thanks, Will and Jenny, Mandurah WA.
