Shanon and Luke were very professional, thorough and helpful during the installation of new wiring and a WiFi system at my home. Shanon went above and beyond the call of duty to connect the very high aerial lead from the street to the new wiring. Luke showed great patience and determination when dealing with iiNet to resolve connection issues and Shanon showed great determination and skill when upgrading the WiFi booster software. I highly recommend the team at Straight Forward AV and IT.

Incredible same day service. I called Straight Forward last friday who fixed a persistent problem the same day. Prior to that I was stuffed around for weeks by another local company who misdiagnosed a computer cable problem in my office, then charged me for work that was not required, for a modem that was not required, and then later failed to arrive on 3 separate occasions, and didnt bother to let me know they were not coming. I hate that. When you are busy trying to run a busy company, and arrange work stations for your staff, you dont have time to waste running around chasing unreliable tradespeople. I can highly recommend Shanon and his team at Straight Forward. His price was also very reasonable. I wont mention the other company.

Finally after years of trying to run a construction company from home with dodgy internet, printer problems, software bugs and general AV angst, a friend put us on to Straight Forward. We are never made to feel stupid or like we are wasting their time even with the smallest problem. They are prompt and efficient and very pleasant to deal with.
