Very poor customer service. FedEx needed to deliver a small box to me in South Australia the driver attempted to deliver to the wrong house despite my number being on the letter box then the fun begins I call the contact number and get to an overseas call centre twice then to Perth twice then later a guy in Sydney calls me back. despite all the calls the driver returns to the wrong address again the next day. Had I been able to speak to someone in SA we could have fixed it quickly and with much less effort

I swear if the driver can’t find the address, they’ll just deliver it anywhere.The address specifically to be delivered to Australia Post in a shopping center. According to the tracking history it said it tried delivering at 10:27am but the business was closed. The PO opens at 9am. Then at the exact same time, it said it was delivered.So where is the package? I had to waste my time going to adjacent shops and ask if there was a parcel left there.What’s the point of signing it the parcel if the actual person is not there? Laziness at its finest

TNT are in the processes of changing to FEDex. Ring 131150 (in Australia) as the number listed with this site is for FEDex and their system did not have my details and it was very frustrating….I should of read the missed delivery card for number as instead used the number listed on Google.

Fedex emailed me to in regards to my package it's been ceased by customs that I have to pay the fee trying to negotiate with the company to a suitable date to help me to find the money because I'm only a pensioner they declined the date. It goes to show they don't care about there customers financial situation all they care about is to making Money. Don't use fedex they are so heartless.

Honestly, just don't. wasted 2 x phone calls and still haven't managed to get parcel collected after 2 days so much for overnight express service, its Friday now and best they can do is a Tuesday pickup next week from Adelaide CBD. Update: now missed the Tuesday and Wednesday pickups..

I am rebuilding my Motorcycle, I have been able to source parts from WA which is incredible, the only problem is Adelaide, TNT have not once but twice failed me with false promises and incompetence, I get it can be difficult in Logistics, hell I used to manage in direct Logistics work, so I know it inside and out. First Problem Not giving the courtesy knock or call, secondly not delivering to the correct address when given the correct address, no matter how easy you try to make it for them they manage to screw it up, I am almost impressed if I wasn't so annoyed at the result from there incompetence,

I have been waiting for a parcel since 3rd Feb. I had called the company regarding my parcel and made arrangements for my parcel ti be left without me being home. Yesterday was the 7/2 and once again the driver did not leave my parcel. I’m presuming that the driver either got the information or didn’t read the information so at 9.15 at night I get a msg that I wasn’t home, no paper left in my letterbox to inform me that it wasn’t delivered!!! Very poor service. The International won’t give me the Adelaide number I can’t understand this company how they work.

Prior to engaging with the company a quote and time frame was confirmed. Due to running behind schedule I requested to pick up directly, told not in the state yet and will be held from delivery. Next morning attempted delivery at 0830. Advised will need to wait until next day for redelivery or pick up. Advised that I would need to contact a separate company, spent over three hours on the phone with a different answer each time.
