To Freight Distribution Management,I'd like to offer some advice. My parcel is handled by FDM from Scentsy AU. Can you please have our orders regularly updated on where it's located at its current time and place.My order says it was received, shipped and in transit on the 14 NOV at your Sydney depot and nothing further on its tracking number.It is currently the 22 NOV and your estimated delivery is between 17 & 21 NOV. I do take into consideration, weather conditions. But...,It would be helpful to know exactly where my parcel is so I can be home for its arrival.

I thought fastway or couriers please were the worst available in Australia but they are complete amateurs next to these guys - FDM are next level!If you truly want the worst delivery experience money can buy, FDM are for you - go with FDM and you are guaranteed to get no repeat business - your customers are sure to hate you for going with these clowns.

If there was any negative stars, I would have rated them -5 stars.They keep the packages with them like it would give them some interest. Probably they can loan the packages to someone and make money before they really want to deliver it to the customers. Instead of keeping it in their warehouse hub for weeks and months, and constantly taking orders, they should pause their orders until they deliver some substantial packages out of their warehouse.This Logisitics is a failure.I don't understand why some companies still use this useless delivery services.

Don’t expect to receive anything from them. Tracking shows my shipment has been sitting in their depot for well over a month past the expected delivery date. They won’t answer if you try to contact them too so good luck.

My delivery was failed for unknown reasons and I have no way of getting my parcel.Edit: second delivery through Bazaar Voice and the tracking says delivered and the parcel is no where to be found. I am now certain that the drivers are stealing parcels.

Absolutely pathetic service my order was delivered to wrong address this company even though their fault would not replace the item even though the one they posted would eventually make its way back to them. I had to travel to the other side of Sydney to collect my parcel I live four subserbs from their warehouse I shall not be using them again and think twice before you use them

Absolutely rubbish company! DO NOT use them! Parcel has been showing 'In transit' since mid December 2021, where it is supposed to be delivered by then. Contacted the sender and then found out that FDM gave the parcel to Australian Post, and have been left with Australian Post since then. Contacted Australian Post and just got confirmation that the parcel has been sent back to the sender. All without any communication to me at all. I would complain to DOCEP if I have the time to do so. This FDM company's services is practically non-existent.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I have had them lose two of my parcels. The first was the parcel I paid for and the second being the replacement. And they managed to lose both of them and then try and tell me they had both been delivered.They refused to allow me to speak with a upper member of staff and confessed complete deniability that they have anything to do with my package delivery. That any concerns I have about my parcel, I need to speak with the company I purchased from. When they are the ones that were last in possession of my parcels. I plan on going to the department of fair trading about their conduct. the stress I have had to endure over a mailing company has been absolutely unnecessary, .EDIT::: I HAVE NOW BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE ACCC I advise everyone that has experience a similar situation as mine to contact them and have this company investigated. ,

Wow! Just wow. I ordered something online, the auto fill put the wrong post code in making the delivery address a place that doesn’t exist. I tried to fix it by telling them the correct post code but they refused to change the address. Surely it will cost you time and money attempting to make a delivery to a place that doesn’t exist? How absolutely stupid. I asked to be referred to management but was told that was management’s decision. So God help me in getting my parcel because if it ends up at as a missed delivery, which it will, who knows what will actually to my parcel with that level of customer care.

Package received by FDM 23/12/22. Fourteen days later I received a notification that it’s onboard for delivery. Even accounting for public holidays, that’s pretty poor service.Update: I contacted the sender 06/01/23. They said there was a failed delivery on the 4/01/23. We were home and the delivery could be left at the front door as requested. All my tracking shows is the item being onboard for delivery on 04/01/23, and this is the only update from 23/12/22. All seems pretty shady!
