STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Booked for two hours but driver came and said booking was only for one hour. Refused to carry the agreed items and was extremely rude. Would have been worst if I didn't try to argue and stand my ground. Stay away

Extremely slow in service and 80% of their customer service VERY RUDEclosed my account soon as i opened it, if you value your customers don't use them!!! only gave a 1 star had no choice had to, so i can make the post 0 star

Metrans is a great Company to deal with. The efficiency of their deliveries is above all that I have ever dealt with. They are great communicators towards their customers and do not damage goods that are being delivered

I would give them a minus star if i could, there vehicles are dirty and some are damaged. They are not professional at all, management argues with clients and has a go at them if i was you i would stay well clear of these unprofessional hacks and spend twice as much else where. I cant see how anyone at all would be soo deaperate to use there service, they give transport a bad name.

The driver are reliable and the service from the staff in their office is second to none. They communicate well advising of any delay or issues with delivery. Disgusting service quotes one price then charges more than quoted and get a bad luck reply oh and if you dont want to pay your accounts on hold
