Andrew has been very helpful to me in understanding and maintaining healthy eating. He spent time understanding my nutritional needs and goals and then designed a nutritional plan that was easy to follow and provided a lot of variety. Andrew has explained how nutrition, exercise, metabolism, motivation and lifestyle impact each other which has helped me to adapt and maintain my eating in a healthy and sustainable manner. He provides practical suggestions that help with planning menus, preparing food, shopping for food as well as the psychological aspects of over-eating. Andrew has helped me to set goals and guides me in reviewing my goals in a non-judgemental way which is encouraging and motivating. He has also pointed me to several useful books. Our appointments are enjoyable because besides being knowledgeable, Andrew is also personable and empathetic.
