Pro-Active Massage Therapy
Mark Langlands is a true pro. Just the best.He's been treating me for more than ten years. Mostly general well being massage therapy and the odd niggle or two. (He has a magic for finding that hidden sore spot)But his skills at acupuncture and dry needleling has been a godsend for my sciatica.I can't recommend his service highly enough.Thanks Mark. You keep me mobile.
