The remote was perfect when I finally received and I am very happy with it. The remote was not delivered (I suspect that this was the courier's fault) but then the whole process of trying to communicate with this company was very difficult and ultimately took a couple of months to resolve.

Ordered a remote from them in early January it arrived but it was the wrong one (my own fault) contacted them and arranged to send it back.Kept the tracking number and checked that it arrived back with them on 22 Jan said they would send me the right one.Waited nearly 2 weeks and then contacted them again, oh yes sir we'll get right on it I'll call you back today

We now have our air conditioner back which was 20 years old and our remote died - you were able to dig deep and find a remote that we can use with our air conditioner - thank you.

I ordered a remote control and only afterward noted the low star rating. I didn't know what to expect. But my order was dispatched immediately and arrived early with plenty of protective wrapping and works perfectly. Thanks Cowling. Good job.

Researched and ordered a replacement remote. Wrong one was sent. Demonstrated with pictures that wrong one was sent. I was directly blamed for ordering wrong remote. The staff I communicated with were dismissive rude and disgusting in their professionalism. Were unassisting and even went as far as saying I was dishonest and immoral when I was happy to return item just to have the correct one sent. Provided a complaint with pay pal for how disgusting I was treated. I would never purchase or deal with this company again!!!

I was blamed for ordering wrong remote after I sent photos of my aircon info panel AND made enquiries before ordering, and the one i recieved didnt even look like th one i ordered. Now they wont respond.

I ordered a replacement remote control for a TV, and it was delivered promptly through Australia Post. The replacement worked perfectly fine and the price was reasonable considering it was an uncommon brand of TV. They seem like a good place to source replacement remote controls. Happy with the service.

Remote was exactly as described, shipped to Victoria and replaces a stolen item from a motel. Will certainly purchase our other electronic equipment from Cowling's. Phone contact was fine, delivery was fast. Excellent service.
