I highly recommend Byron and his team at Sydney Drafting Concepts. I have engaged their services for my major renovation project and I have been very pleased with the professionalism, experience and in making me feel very comfortable throughout the whole design process.

We worked with Stefanie and Byron for a total ground floor renovation and second storey addition. Throughout he whole process they were fantastic. They gave us some great ideas and options and helped us realise our ideas.

Amazing service! I really loved the work Byron and his team have done for us. Knowing that our design wasn’t very straight forward I was impressed by how nicely and quickly it was done. Byron is always very friendly, listens and understands exactly what you want and is very patient. He is always quick to respond to my queries. Our design was done to our satisfaction. I found Agatha to be amazingly detail oriented and she worked hard to make everything to our liking. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication put in by the team at Sydney drafting concepts. I would definitely recommend them to all our friends and go back to them if I make another house.

I highly recommend the services provided by Byron and Stefanie. Stefanie has always provided timely and thorough communication, making the whole process a breeze. Byron met with us on site as soon as a time was available and drafted a suitable plan according to our needs, with multiple revisions as per certifier advice. We felt supported during the whole process and achieved a positive, timely outcome for our landscaping plans that are now CDC approved. Byron is LE-GEN-DA-RY!!! He took into account everything I asked for and wanted and produced an AMAZING plan!! I've dealt with another draftsman concerning another build and it wasn't a pleasant experience. So much back and forth that it was energy sapping. But with Byron, it has been the complete opposite! I was in awe with the plan so much so, that I was staring at it for a good half hour to an hour with a grin on my face. Highly recommend!!!!

Byron was accommodating to any changes we wanted to make and very efficient in amending plans. Byron was able to work with us to design a home in line with our vision. Where do I begin? Byron came over and asked me what I wanted my 2nd floor to look like and I said I’ll leave it to his expert hands. One of the suggestions was to break one of the existing rooms downstairs to accomodate the stairs but I told Byron I wouldn’t want to lose a room and he provided me with a plan that suited my needs.During the approval process, I had the pleasure of dealing with Stefanie who was so patient with my constant follow up and eagerness to get the approvals. I was constantly updated on the progress and finally when CDC was approved she was as happy as I was.Overall not only did the design of the plan what we wanted as a family but the personal touch and friendliness of Stefanie and Byron were the reason why Sydney Drafting Concepts should be the choice for anybody looking for a quality output.I will recommend Sydney Drafting Concepts with all my heart.
