Good personal service. We shopped online first and found the items we needed. Went in-store so as to avoid delivery wait time. Was pleased to find that items in store were cheaper than on-line price. Wheelchair accessible. Good service. Family friendly. Reasonable street parking. Easy walk from train station and buses.

Phenomenal level of service. Went there for my son who is just about to learn his first instrument and the man who works there spent 10 minutes conversing with my boy and inspiring him with the power of music and all it can offer. My son walked away knowing a lot more and feeling excited to learn. We were going to buy his music book from Amazon but instead took 10 minutes out of day to drive to this music store. So glad we did. Online shopping is convenient but you miss some of the most valuable aspects to our modern lives...Human connection.

Unacceptable instrument service. Instrument still has gunk in the valve sleeves, spit valve corks not replaced. I especially asked for the valve guides to be replaced as it was causing the valve to stick. They were not replaced and told they were “ re positioned “ valve still sticks!The inside of the slides still have green gunk within them and bottom of the valves have visible brown water and gunk in them.For $175 full service and ultra sonic clean this is far from acceptable.
