Pepped Wellness Bar

I visited the salt room and sauna at the back end of having a cold. My chest was so much lighter after my session and I can feel a huge shift of the heavy feeling I had. I am now breathing a lot better. It was very comfortable and relaxing! Thank you!

I did the salt therapy room with a friend and booked out the whole room, the minute you walk in the door your senses are already touched by such a beautiful smell of geranium and patchouli, and than you hit the truly amazing salt room that pumps the ever so refreshing magnesium salt into the air so you can fully relax or chat with a friend. The staff are ever so welcoming and friendly. Once your finished your 45minute session you feel revitalised and so much better to breathe and just hepls purify your whole body. The parking might be busy out the front but can just go around the corner and their is more parking available which is very close by. I can also say I have tested out the sauna now and found it amazing, you can sit down and watch something on netflix or relax to music, choose the lighting and also adjust the temperature to suit you, also you can choose to go in as a couple if you like which I did.

As soon as you walk in, you feel at home.The staff are super friendly and welcoming, the space is really pretty and clean, a couple sauna is only $55! You get your own private room and can choose a different lighting colour depending on the benefits you want.I could not recommend this place more! I will definitely become a regular here.

Had an amazing Infrared Sauna here followed by some time in the Salt Therapy Room. Beautiful and clean facility. Jemma and her team are really professional and knowledgeable.

I can not speak highly enough of Pepped Wellness Bar. 5 stars just doesn't seem like it's enough. :-) Gem and Tom always greet me with a smile and make me feel so welcomed. I indulge in an Infa red Sauna once a week. Not sure which i look forward to the most, the sauna or just chatting with Gem and Tom. you will walk in there feeling warm and fuzzy, and that is before you get in the Sauna. :-)

Such a great experience! Had the salt therapy and came out like a new man. Could breathe so much easier and felt totally rejuvenated. Coming back next week for a salt therapy / infrared sauna combo. Thanks guys

Pepped Wellness Bar is such a beautiful space! I feel relaxed as soon as I walk in the door. The salt room is amazing, it’s very calming and meditative. I also enjoy the sauna with a friend, feeling really refreshed afterwards. Jemma has created a wonderful place in our community where self-care and wellness is valued. I look forward to trying an IV infusion soon!

Jemma at Pepped wellness Bar is very welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable on everything she is offering at PWB.It’s a must to try all that’s on offer, from the sauna to the salt room to facials - and lots more. Very Well priced.

You need to visit this little oasis in Swansea. Calming as soon as you open the door, amazing welcoming staff and just a place to relax and switch off from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend the salt room and sauna. Treat yourself or buy a gift voucher.
