Very professional and thorough doctors. Compassionate and friendly.

Most of the doctors are hopeless, reception is terrible, waiting times are over an hour mostly, and the fees are ridiculous. Absolutely not worth it.In addition to the issues above, when asked why I was moving to a different surgery I politely informed them that I was unhappy with the quality of service and I was tired of their ever-rising costs with really low satisfaction rates. I was called a liar and told there was nothing wrong. They will not take you seriously. They will not listen to your issues and they will absolutely milk as much money out of you as possible.I recommend the Tuggeranong square medical centre instead if you want a more holistic approach that will actually show they care and are trying to help.

I’ve been a patient at this practice for years and I always get exceptional service. My Dr, Sandra Ssentamu is wonderful. She always takes my concerns seriously and give exceptional care. The reception staff are also polite and professional.

I have just seen a fantastic new doctor. Dr Jonathan Lolljee was amazing! He was proactive, thorough, friendly and relatable. He did not leave any stone unturned. Without his tenacious problem solving I would be living in ignorant bliss about what was actually going on in my body. I am so grateful for this. Other doctors had seen my test results and could not connect the dots. I couldn’t stand their apathy. Dr Jonathan does not bulk bill but he’s totally worth it. One appointment with him is worth two or more appointments with any other doctor.

I attended a video conference today due to not being able to attend in person. I was told regualrly where I was in the queue so I could do other things while waiting for my turn. The Dr was very helpful and I was emailed a medical certificate and made online payment after the appointment. Thank you !!

very unhelpful and poorly managed clinic. They took a week or more to provide a medical certificate that was requested at the time of appointment. Often running late with no warning. Refused to release medical records unless I paid a fee. Last doctor I saw also didn't even perform an examination on my newborn and just gave antibiotics without even looking at her or asking any history. Some of the staff are lovely but others are very rude

Our second booster shot took a total of 30 minutes even allowing for initial wait time and then recommended time following the vaccine to ensure no complications. An excellent service, very professional and efficient.

Very comfortable environment and staff are friendly. Dr Jessica Ellis is very thorough and happy to discuss any medical results.

Dr Jonathan Lolljee was very helpful, took the time to listen. He went above and beyond to help with an appointment for my newborn. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what the best treatment would be and listened to my concerns without being dismissive.

Great practice, always have quality doctors and today’s visit with Dr Dan was great. He is fantastic with kids and uses the right amount of humour to get the answers. Have been going there for years now!
