Martina and the team at Ultimate you are welcoming, supportive and motivating. I'm about to finish my 9in6 challenge and am happy to say I made it and YOU will too!!!. All the nutrition advice is provided and as an absolute beginner it was easy to understand and follow. I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness journey at UY Epping.

I started at this gym when it first opened and have never looked back. I've successfully completed the 9in6 challenge loosing a total of 11kilos. The trainers are fantastic, personable and bring so much motivation and positive vibes to each class. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and we've become a family. I go everyday and will continue for as long as possible.

Absolutely brilliant fitness classes - early morning workouts, evening HIIT classes or 1 to 1 Personal Training. A holistic approach to fitness, mindset and nutrition. The class atmosphere is very welcoming and open to all levels. Lots of variety, never a dull moment! Emphasis is on fun and fitness. Martina is a fantastic trainer with great sense of humor so every session is filled with laugh and positive attitude which empower you to work out even harder. Extremely disappointed with Ultimate You and it’s money hungry attitude! Trainers pretend to care until they have your money. If you are successful and lose weight you do not get your money back they do all they can to hold onto it. It’s an absolute scam do not recommend. Much cheaper gyms out there that offer healthier nutrition plans and better exercise groups!

Fantastic place to loose weight with friendly advice,I was not a gym person,but this place exceeded all my expectations. Done the 9in6 challenge and loved every minute of it. It had a family atmosphere and did not feel like I was out of place there,and most importantly my heath is now back on track. Can’t thank the team enough and was a no brainer for me.Would highly recommend.

Martina at Ultimate You Epping has literally changed my life. I’m in my late 20s and had no motivation to exercise or eat healthy. One quick phone call to Martina regarding the challenge and my whole mindset had changed. She took to the time to get to know me and learnt how I like to be trained and was able to get the best out of me. 4 weeks on after the challenge I am now a member and attend a minimum of 5 classes/ week because Martina is so fabulous. She is genuine and honest which can be hard to find in this industry. If you complete a challenge she will do absolutely everything she can to ensure you succeed with your weight loss. Could not rate Martina and her gym higher!!

Spot on guys when you say ‘it’s a change centre not a gym’. So far, the best decision of my life to be part of this life changing experience. The program is well designed, trainers are committed and the centre is fully equipped. All you need is to bring your side of commitment and make sure you follow the damn plan (FTDP).

I have attended this gym since Nov 2019 successfully completed 3 challenges and continued with a membership. The centre brings the best out of everyone and we all have become more than strangers attending class everyday; we have become such a friendly and caring community. Keep up the great work Martina; can’t wait to smash another challenge just because they such a great motivation in what I want to achieve in my health and fitness. Thank you again
