I booked from an ad on Facebook for hifu which made all kinds of claims. It also claimed to be a $2000 treatment, which is nonsense but for the lower price, OK.Arriving at the clinic at it was locked and it looked like it was closed down with stickers on the windows.I had the treatment, essentially a $200 facial.I saw no improvement after, yet I was told she could see many improvements, BUTmultiple treatments are required to get real results.I was talked into booking for another hifu and paying $50 deposit for it as the first would be pointless if I didn't get multiple.I waited and watched but there was no perceivable improvement so I contacted them to cancel, only to be told that I can't get my deposit back.This place doesn't seem very professional and I would never go back.I really think its dodgy to keep deposits when you have plenty of notice, but it looks like they need the money.

Absolutely disgusting place. On the form that i had to fill up, two of the questions were “do you believe in god?” and “rank how important these values are” and god was one of the values. obviously, this is unnecessary for a skin treatment. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I asked them what it had to do with the treatment and they avoided the question and said I didn’t have to answer them. Next, I went in the room where I was getting the treatment and loud music for jesus was playing. I wish I was joking. So, I was basically forced to listen to this religious music while getting my treatment. Unbelievable service as well. I paid before the session and the lady asked me when I was coming out of the room, “$200 please!” So unprofessional.

Hi. I had the best experience with my lady from india. Really good. Great results. Unfortunately last time I went I had to fill in an unexpected form about my beliefs and my my religion. I asked the girl what does that have to do with facial treatment ". Wow...God plays a part in our skin. So what's he doing about the children women in Ukraine?Not going back now"

I am really disappointed with the service provided at this establishment. I wouldn't recommend going here for treatments. It's very unrelaxing and uninviting.The shop is cold with pumping music on. I paid a lot of money for chemical face peel expecting incredible results which i was assured I would get and I didn't.Not much help with post treatment products to use either. The beautification didn't fill me with confidence she knew the products well enough to sell any to me.I was expecting to feel relaxed, warm, comfortable and I was told my treatment would take approx. 1 HR. I was really looking for to being pampered.The treatment took 15mins and I was not pampered one bit. Very disappointed I paid a fortune.

They forced me to pre-paid for a fat Freeze treatment, my booking was cancelled couple times and when I tried to make a booking, they were uncontactable. I called multiple times to make a booking i got a text message advising that their therapist is very sick short of stuffs. They have rebook in 4 weeks. I requested refund nobody will contact me. I never will recommend this place to anyone - awful!!!!

Stephanie offered me many services and there was pressure buying products but they madeMy skin amazing and the skin treatments too. If there was a package or offer I’d know about it and received a little gift after spending money on products. The ONLY thing I didn’t like was when I paid for a service and got eyeliner tattoo done, I didn’t know I had to pay again extra for one more session to finish it off. I couldn’t stand the pain and couldn’t afford it so I paid a few hundred for an incomplete tattoo lol and didn’t last. I wasn’t going to pay hundreds more for a second session and go through crazy eyelid pain again. You guys could have told me at the beginning that only half of it is discounted lol
