Highly recommend Keith & Caroline. After several months of calling different security companies to find someone to fix a problem with our alarm, with no luck. I finally found these guys. From the first phone call I could tell they were different, a solid business with honesty & integrity at the forefront. Caroline was fantastic as the first port of call, very pleasant & helpful & even called me back when she said she would. Keith came out on the same day to see what the problem was. A new battery later which was replaced on the spot. Another issue that meant Keith came back the next morning the issue fixed within 1/2 hour.I honestly could not recommend these guys highly enough. If you need anything, give them a go, so impressed, will definitely use them again if needed & will tell all our families. Thank you Keith & Caroline for helping me believe in good local businesses again.

Install was easy, the system was plug and play and Keith followed up over the next few days to ensure we were happy and that everything was working as it should. I have to say that their after sales services was an absolute winner! It's nice to find a team where you purchase a product and they check to make sure it's what you want.
