Alison and the team at Partnership Property were absolutely wonderful during my 2.5 years renting with them. Best property managers I've ever had honestly. Helpful, professional, knowledgable, easy to get in contact with and always responsive. Issues were responded to and fixed promptly. The exit process was very smooth, and I felt at ease having them as property managers.

Alison and Robert have been so very helpful with managing our new home (we purchased with existing tenants). Even though it was only ever going to be a short term rental management, they have put in an exceptional effort to ensure all requirements have been met by the tenants. They are fast to respond to questions and thorough in their responses. Highly recommended!

We have had the pleasure of renting through this agency and having Alison as our Property Manager for a year and a half now. She has been a delight to deal with and very professional. The best Property Manager that my Husband and I have dealt with to date.

I was with Partnership Property for 2.5 years. I was always ahead of my rent payments, never had any issues with cleaning during inspections. When it came time to leave, Partnership Property expected me to keep my power connected after I moved out so they could check that the light bulbs weren't blown, etc. I called the RTA and they said that I was 'under no legal obligation whatsoever' to do this. I went back to check the generic end of lease email I got, and they have highlighted that all tenants must keep their electricity connected. They then threatened me with continual rental payments and non-release of my bond if I disconnected it.This cheap tactic just shows that Partnership Property is a money-grabbing, immoral enterprise that relies on ignorance in order to make a buck. Also, the manager Alison is very curt and rude. I do not recommend this organisation.

A truly awful experience as first-time renters.Throughout our entire two and half years of tenancy with Partnership Property, our property manager Alison was extremely unprofessional, unapproachable, and rude.During our tenancy, there was a major lack in communication. Alison was very slow to reply to emails and rarely took our calls if we had simple questions or concerns. Whenever we were lucky enough to be given the time of day, we were often treated like we were a chore. She often quoted “I manage many properties and don’t have the time to deal with you” and other similarly hurtful phrases.Worst of all, was exiting our rental property. After over two some-what pleasant years of tenancy, we were hit by the rental increase that was inevitable, however unfortunately not worth the price for the quality of the property at the time. I understand that most tenants have some challenges when exiting any rental property, however I was completely dumbfounded by Alison’s threatening language and attitude towards us as well as the agency’s own money-grabbing tactics.As we rented an older property, there were prior signs of major wear and tear and damage (with clear photographic evidence) from past tenants which we accepted at the commencement of our own tenancy. We also rented through the heavy-rainfall event in 2022 which left major mold and water damage to the property that we as tenants could not have prevented. Partnership Property were well aware of the situation and our concerns; however, they did not address it efficiently at the time which left long-lasting issues.During our exit report, Alison attempted to take advantage of us and accused us of causing these “issues” and continued to threaten the integrity of our bond. When communicating through email and phone calls, Alison became very unprofessional and used immature and offensive language which was very distressing for us.Through the support and guidance of the RTA, and our own collection of clear documented evidence that we kept throughout the entirety of our tenancy, we managed to exit the property without paying an extra cent to this money-hungry agency…but of course not without the traumatic experience.I feel poorly for the past, present and future tenants that choose Partnership Property and who suffer through the unfortunate experience of having Alison as their property manager.

I have 3 units managed by partnership property group and over the last eight years have found both Alison and Robert to be excellent managers.They are honest and reliable, know the market, are respectful toward the owners, tenants and tradespeople, have great contacts, and are quick to respond.Alison in particular is passionate about her job, i have found her to give very good advice, she always seems to know what to do and say regarding any issues and her years of experience and friendly manner make the running of my investment properties easy. I have found the entire experience dealing with Alison and Partnership Property to be a negative one. I was a tenant with them for 2 1/2 years and found her and the team to be terse during every dealing with them. I found their tactics, particularly when we moved out, to be shady and poor business ethics.They recommended a bond cleaner who did a subpar job which meant the exit report showed multiple marks on walls that needed to be painted in their opinion. I spent a total of 10 mins myself cleaning these marks (which was the job of the bond cleaner). From the extensive list they sent us that needed to be fixed, after I pushed back a little, they reduced it all down to just one wall.The shady part of this business comes from the fact that their recommended bond cleaner is the same person who does the painting. Meaning he profits twice from us if he doesn’t clean the property properly.Partnership Property Management seem like they’re relying on people just paying to make a problem go away. It is not the responsibility of a tenant to repaint a whole apartment after they move when it was left in an excellent condition. The unit was build to a low quality (appliances broke multiple times, bathroom flooded because the bath wasn’t sealed properly) and therefore, even with a us keeping the apartment immaculate and well presented, the quality of the build meant wear and tear was unavoidable.They are slow to reply and hard to contact also - unless they want something.

Alison has been wonderful to work with over the last 3 years.All requests have been responded too and remedied in an efficient manner. Alison has been forthcoming and honest in her responses to requests. From a tenants perspective, I would highly recommend Partnership Property.
