The food was interesting and deliciousBut the children's playground is next to the table, and they keep screaming. It is good for families, especially when they have children. Sit inside if you don't want to interrupt your meal.

Itza Mezza Bar & Grill
I went with my family and a few cousins, it was absolutely amazing, the staff have the best service, it was a such a lovely experience. The food was fantastic we all demolished our meals. My kids loved the restaurant and I got to enjoy my meal in peace for the first time in ever.I was obsessed with the design of the restaurant its absolutely stunning. God bless and may there be many many more restaurants under your management.

The dips were freshly made. The meat came a little cold especially the chicken. We ordered a banquet and they only gave us two small triangles of flat bread…with all that dip…..(see pic). The floor staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate, the host is lovely. I had high hopes but overall experience was disappointing. We also ordered shisha, they turned off the coal so we only got 1 round of coal, i spoke to the host about this and thankfully she only got us pay half for the shisha, although still pretty disappointed as i wanted to enjoy the shisha for a little longer - they should have let us know there is no coal before we ordered the shisha. In conclusion, save your money and go somewhere in parramatta or something because clearly penrith doesn't do Mediterranean hospitality well…a shame!

Hassan was the most attentive and beautiful host. The food was exactly what we were hoping for, authentic, delicious and plentiful. You won't be disappointed. We ordered the banquet and couldn't finish it. Our sincere thanks to all involved in our meal it was truly delicious. We will definitely be back to enjoy it again.

I would’ve given more for service, however, we told the people to clear away dirty dishes but to leave the mains as there were still a lot of food left over. However, whilst we were up off the table taking photos, they cleared EVERYTHING and threw all the food away. When we went up to them to see if they can bring back the mains, they told us they had already thrown them in the bin. Now, that’s a waste of not only food, but also the money we had paid for at the end. They could’ve at least asked us if we would like the food to be packed into containers. But it was a complete disregard of food and money.

I really enjoyed our dinner here. Food was incredible and generous portion sizes. It was pretty quiet when I went, so some background music or the alike would have been nice, but honestly that's only a minor thing. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others looking for delicious Lebanese food.

Im not one to complain about the taste of food but this was a whole other level, chicken was not even chicken tasted like they marinated it in baking soda. Meat was dry and cold, kafta didnt even touch from the dryness. Bread was stale not fresh, coke had no acid. Left spending over $200 to go eat at fast food.

Way over priced, for few mazez and very minimum hot food served. Very disappointing, will never recommend
